David Bailey

David Bailey is senior vice president and general sales manager, overseeing residential sales operations and handling the day-to-day demands of the business with a strong focus on growth.

As former SVP of operations, David focused on the integration of systems and processes across Baird & Warner, Key Mortgage, and Baird & Warner Title Services. He also served for nine years as the designated managing broker and vice president of sales at Baird & Warner’s flagship Lincoln Park office, which consistently ranked as a top office in the marketplace. He started his career in 2004 as a sales broker with Baird & Warner and built a successful sales business before transitioning into management. 

Throughout his career, David has been highly regarded for his energy, integrity and fair-mindedness. His market experience, enthusiasm and strong interpersonal and analytical skills enable him to bring a broad perspective to the Baird & Warner leadership team.

A native of Connecticut, David was raised in a real estate family. His passion for the real estate industry was fueled at a young age as he witnessed his father’s success in building a thriving brokerage. David graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a degree in psychology.
