Kevin Robinson is the senior vice president of business process & transformation at Baird & Warner. In his role, Kevin specializes in organizational alignment, operations optimization and driving growth through strategic planning.

Before joining Baird & Warner, Kevin spent nearly 20 years leading projects and delivering strategic initiatives for Accenture, JPMorgan, Northwestern University and Blackstone's Revantage. He has also held a real estate sales referral license with Weichert, Realtors since 2005. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and BBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Outside of work, Kevin lives in Wilmette with his wife and three children. He serves as a Teaching Assistant for leadership courses at the Kellogg School of Management, has guest lectured on real estate to Notre Dame real estate students, serves as the Executive Committee Treasurer for the Surfrider Foundation's Chicago Chapter and coaches youth baseball, basketball and softball teams.
